I have spent over twenty-seven years calling McKinleyville and Humboldt County my home. I have been licensed as a real estate agent since 2003. My kids had finally just started school and I was looking to do something that I have always had an interest in. In 2006 I received my brokers license and established Ford Properties, Inc. I have my associate’s degree in Business Management and have made good use of that over the years by helping my husband manage his heavy civil construction business here in Humboldt County. I enjoy working with first-time home buyers as well as the seasoned homebuyer, homeowner or investor. I also own investment property of my own so I personally understand the importance of positive cash flow.
I am proud to say that most of my clients are referrals and repeat clients, and new clients always seem to turn in to great friendships and repeat business. I pride myself knowing that my reputation is one that is trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable. I am also very responsive to all of my e-mails, calls and texts because I know that your time is important to you. Keeping the real estate process simple for my clients is my highest priority (leave those technical real estate details to me, I got it handled!). When I’m not selling real estate, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband of 28 years. Zocho, my Siberian Husky sidekick is a big part of my life as well. Expect to meet him at my office or traveling with me on appointments, he just loves to go!
